Vintage, classic, unique, one from a few, sometimes legend… One of the expensive automotive weekends is here, Concours d’Elegance at Amelia Island. Gooding & Co’s auction will held right before the events on Friday 13th, 11.00am EDT. Collectors will bunch of, while we drooling on some of those special cars, which we are dreamed since our childhood.
Let’s get right to it then, i grabbed some of the lots that i like for you.
Lot 1 – 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL
Such a beautiful car, you should see interior of it, details & colors right up there!
Lot 6 – 1957 Porsche 356 A Speedster, Coachwork by Reutter
Can’t get enough of it. It is that much iconic.
Lot 18 – 1948 Kurtis Kraft Midget Racer
Rarest of all, little bit race oriented with those flat tires.
Lot 21 – 1977 Ferrari 308 GTB Vetroresina, Coachwork by Scaglietti
If you see those two names on one car, it means double-served, check again.
Lot 24 – 1987 Lamborghini Countach 5000 QV, Coachwork by Bertone

Lot 25 – 1976 Alpine A110 1300

Lot 29 – 1965 Maserati Sebring Series I, Coachwork by Vignale
Now this is little bit unexpected, rare, pure joy of Vignale.
Lot 30 – 1954 Jaguar XK120 Roadster
When you want little bit red in it.
Lot 34 – 1934 Packard Eight 1101 Coupe Roadster
With that colors, this Packard stole some of my cigarettes.
Lot 37 – 1967 Aston Martin DB6
Rarest of left-hand-drives and also it is red, that put more points to rareness!
Lot 49 – 1974 Maserati Bora 4.9
275 of them out in the world, this is one of them in black.
Lot 50 – 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC, Coachwork by Pininfarina
Smoke gray, smoking machinery with low mileage.
Lot 65 – 1973 Lamborghini Espada Series III, Coachwork by Bertone
456 of them hit the roads, Marcello Gandini‘s work, man that nominated for Car Designer of the Century.
